In order to combat burnout and maintain the motivation of nurses as they provide care for the substantial patient population in Liberia, Collaborating Against Poverty (CAP) Liberia has developed, partnered with the DIASY FOUNDATION and implemented the “Nurse Excellence Awards Program.” This program, established in 2022, aims to recognize and celebrate the achievements of nurses in district #3, Montserrado County, by honoring those who have demonstrated clinical excellence, high levels of patient satisfaction, outstanding leadership, and community service.
